A Message from Our Owners

The beginning of Friendly Caregivers is a little different from the way most home care agencies start. We were not in the health care field and never planned to start a home care agency. Jerry and Ronald Stone, along with their wives, were in the situation that many people find themselves of aging parents and adult children hours away. Nothing leaves you feeling more helpless than getting a call that turns your world upside down.

 Jerry and Ronald Stone’s background consists of over 40 years in the employment staffing industry. Their staffing company places thousands of employees on different job sites each and every day. Our experience of handling up to 40 offices in many states and over 100 direct employees, gave us the confidence that Home Care could be managed better. We see this from a consumer perspective instead of a care provider perspective.

 Friendly Caregivers was founded on the belief that policies, procedures, regulations, recruiting, hiring and placing caregivers with above average salaries will lead to reduced turnover and more stability for your loved ones. We understand that the dignity of your loved ones must remain intact.

 Our desire is to raise the bar on industry standards. We can say with confidence that our agency will not send a caregiver, unless we feel they would be appropriate to care for one of our family members. We value your trust and promise to give you the peace of mind you desire.
