Friendly Caregiver’s staff is a closely monitored group of professional, dedicated, and compassionate caregivers. Our caregivers are drug screened and background checked along with thorough past reference checks. Our caregivers, certified nursing assistants, and entire staff are our employees, not independent contractors.
Our caregivers are supervised by our staffed RNS. When you call Friendly Caregivers, we will send one of our RNS for a free initial assessment that includes an individualized plan of care based off of the needs of our clients. When our caregivers arrive for their first day with a new client, they are already familiar with their needs. Because our RNS supervise our caregivers and certified nursing assistants, our clients are always given superior care.
