Dear Carol and Jerry:

By way of this letter Bill and I would like to express our gratitude for all you are doing for him.  Your careful selection of caregivers who best fit his needs and personality has made all the difference in his enjoyment of life and my feeling of security.  Being so far away I can not give him the day to day attention he needs, but I rest easy knowing your company is there and will make sure that he always has competent help. Through your on-staff registered nurse any change in his health status is monitored and quick, appropriate responses have been taken.  You are available to me at ALL times, are always informed and are ceaselessly action oriented. Your company, and both of you personally, have made an indelible impact on our lives.
